| GePmail began doing electronic OOH communications in 1996 It is a secure OOH links system. It enables your OOH service to communicate with your practice and vice versa. It is 24/7 and exceeds all professional and legal data protection and confidentiality requirements. You receive full copies of the OOH service reports into an electronic mailbox in your surgery. From there reports can be forwarded within the surgery, or printed out or inserted into your document management system or printed as part of an overnight summary or any combination of these. Concise extracts of the full OOH reports are then posted into your patients electronic records as read coded entries. GePmail delivers 24/7 feedback on your practices OOH activity. The practice can send a variety of messages back up to the OOH service; Special Patient Alerts, Feedback on OOH outcomes and On Call Availability and of course your surgery opening times. Depending on the local level of integration with NHS Direct you will also receive NHS triage reports and where these have led to a GP OOH contact the two are linked and received as one | ||||||||
